Within Quebec, the Government of Canada grants permission only to candidates chosen by Quebec.

To be selected as a Quebec immigrant, you must meet the criteria of one of the following programs:

Family reunification program - Economic immigration program

• Qualified worker category
• Investor category
• Entrepreneur category
• Self-employed worker category
